“The Unexamined Life is Not Worth Living” — Socrates
Did you ever think Life seems to come so easily and successfully for some people while others — maybe even you — seem to struggle or fret?
Do you wonder what those “good Life” people know or do, that you don’t?
Is there a secret formula for a manifesting a”good Life?”
In this three-week course led by ISD founder Rev. James De Biasio, we’ll explore together how we, too, can experience Life as an “Art” to be honed and maximized by all of us, not as a “secret” held by a select few.
Through insightful reflection, engaging discussion and energizing exercises, we’ll examine our how our attitudes about, and reactions to, our life’s components (relationships, career, dreams, recreation, Self) directly impact how we actually live our Life. We’ll learn some practical and “practicable” tactics to make our Life easier, less stressful and more enjoyable.
It’s no secret! With awareness, intention, practice and humor, each of us can learn, refine, and experience the Art of living a fully expressed, easily accessed, joyfully experienced Life that is brimming with Wholeness, Wellness and Enrichment!
