This month we present a special spiritual treat for our Evening Meditation as we welcome healer and yogi (and beloved member of our ISD family) Rosemary Peters, to lead a vibrationally invigorating Gong Meditation!
Relax to the beautiful sound of the symphonic gong. This meditation begins with ancient yogic breathing techniques, or pranayama. You will then be guided into a state of deep relaxation with the gong. The gong, known as an instrument of transformational power, engulfs your entire body with total sound bringing you back to optimum health and balance. The OM tone of the gong creates total silence within.
Gong meditations, a type of Sound therapy, have been around for thousands of years as a way of healing.

It is the first sound in the universe, the sound that created this universe. It’s the basic creative sound. To the mind, the sound of the gong is like a mother and father that gave it birth.
